APICe modications on installed version:

1. file xwiki.cgf
   1. add PublicationPlugin to the list of active Plugins it.unibo.apice.publications.PublicationPlugin
   2. activate DSA authentication  xwiki.authentication.authclass = it.unibo.apice.authenticate.DSAAuthServiceImpl 
   3. do not change xwiki.defaultskin and xwiki.defaultbaseskin to apice but leave default (albatross) 
2. file hibernate.cfg.xml
   1. just uncomment the MySql section (also copy database driver JAR in WEB-INF/lib)
