The understanding of the brain and the central nervous system (CNS)depends on knowledge of its wiring. Neuroscientists are carrying on finding pathways as much as possible, but investigating some parts of the picture (black boxes) is almost impossible using current techniques. Consequently, there must be computational tools (and techniques) that allow combining the fin dings as correct pathways are established and helping to crack black boxes.
