WP5: Dissemination

The goal of this workpackage is that of guaranteeing the adequate dissemination of the project results. Other than via publications and participation in the main international conferences, this goal will be pursued via the following specific activities.

Expected Results

This will collect the project results, the software produced in the project, and the case studies. The experience gathered in previous projects (see e.g. the websites http://www.troposproject.org) clearly shows the importance of a website, both as a tool to ease sharing amongst the project partners (of literature, links, examples, ...), and as a mean to allow the access to the project results by the scientific community. For instance, it is impossible to exhaustively describe the case studies considered within the project within a scientific paper; however, it is of paramount importance to allow accessing them to other research groups that may intend to compare with the approach developed within the project.

A5.2: Organization of an international workshop

At the end of the project, an international workshop will be organized covering the topics of this project. The workshop, which will be held in conjunction with an international conference on Agents and Multi-Agent Systems, will involve the participation of a number of international groups working on agents, also linked with the project partners. In this way, the workshop will achieve two esults: presenting the project results at a more detailed level than possible within a conference, and allow a comparison with the solutions developed by other international research groups.
