Background

Jose Santiago Perez Sotelo is a PhD student and member of the Centre for Intelligent Information Technologies (CETINIA) at the University Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid (URJC), Madrid - Spain. He received his degree as Information Systems Engineer from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional - Facultad Regional Resistencia (UTN-FRRe), Argentina. He obtained his MSc in Information Technologies and Information Systems in 2009 from URJC, where he is also working since 2008.
