Hyperledger Fabric is a permissioned Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) designed for use in enterprise contexts.
Fabric differs from other blockchain technologies for its peculiar architecture which provides for the segmentation of the network into different ”channels” that allow a subset of the nodes to communicate privately. Other saving points can be identified in the introduction of the ”execute-order-validate” architecture for the management of transactions and in the rich policy system that allows you to efficiently model the requirements of organizations that intend to manage their relationships with the support of blockchain technology
The purpose of this document is to be an introduction to Fabric. The aim is to present its basic architecture and allow the development of the first applications with this technology.
