This project presents a multi-agent hospital simulation developed in Unity which models the complex interactions between healthcare staff and patients in a dynamic medical environment. The system features autonomous agents representing doctors, nurses, janitors, and patients, whose behaviours collectively maintain hospital operations.
The simulation implements realistic healthcare workflows including patient diagnosis and treatment, equipment maintenance, infection control, and staff fatigue management. Key features include a queue-based task system where medical staff handles patients based on disease severity, dynamic equipment failure and repair mechanisms, disease transmission modeling with protective measures, and resource allocation constraints reflecting real-world hospital limitations.
