This is true for standalone applications developers, Web apps developers, Cloud developers, etc. Is it true for coordination policies developers too? Not really. Model, languages, and middleware exist for implementing coordination mechanisms and policies, but the toolchain is in an "eternal beta" stage, to say the least. The thesis aims to analyze the state of the TuCSoN coordination middleware w.r.t. the toolchain it provides to both developers and system administrators, detecting pitfalls and opportunities for improvement, as well as conceiving, designing, and developing a first prototype comprehensive toolchain for TuCSoN nodes and ReSpecT tuple centres management, inspection, debugging, control.},
