This book constitutes the proceedings of the 5th International Workshop on Programming Multi-Agent Systems held in Honolulu, HI, USA in May 2007 in conjunction with AAMAS 2007, the 6th International Joint Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems. ProMAS 2007 received 17 submissions, of which 11 papers were accepted.
