ABModSim
International Symposium on Agent Based Modeling and Simulation (2006—2012)
ABModSim was a symposium series on agent-based modeling and simulation, held within the European Meeting on Cybernetics and Systems Research (EMCSR) at the University of Vienna. It ran four times in even years, from 2006 to 2012, chaired throughout by Stefania Bandini, Paolo Petta and Giuseppe Vizzari, and brought together agent-based modelling experiences from social science, urban planning, biology, logistics and production. A selection of the papers of each edition appeared afterwards as a “Best of ABModSim” special issue of Cybernetics and Systems — 38(7) 2007, 40(5) 2009 and 42(7) 2011 for the first three editions.
