Call for Papers
Objective
PNCWB 2005 aims to
bring together researchers and practitioners interested in
the broader issues of describing and analyzing coordination,
workflow and business process management problems using Petri
Nets or similar formalisms.
Topics
of particular interest include:
formal methods (Petri nets, process algebras etc.)
workflow management
process modeling and enactment
business process modeling
process mining and process patterns
verification, validation and performance analysis
of business processes
security in workflow and business process management systems
Organization The
workshop, a one-day event, is a satellite event of the 26th
International Conference on Application and Theory of Petri Nets and
Other Models of Concurrency that is to be held in Miami,
Florida, on June 20-25, 2005.
Submission Papers
are solicited reporting new results as well as experimental evaluation
and comparisons of existing techniques. Papers
must describe original work;
must not substantially overlap with papers that have been
published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal
or a conference with refereed proceedings;
must be limited to 20 pages (LNCS style is suggested);
should be submitted either in PostScript or
PDF to pncwb@cs.ucf.edu
Important Dates
Deadline for paper submissions: March 10, 2005
Notification of acceptance: April 10, 2005
Final version of papers due: April 30, 2005
