The doctorate summer school of PerAda, the FET Coordination Action on Pervasive Adaptation. Over six full days the school combined invited talks and tutorials with team work on challenging case studies for pervasive adaptation. Invited talks were given by Andrea Omicini (Università di Bologna) and Monique Calisti (Whitestein Technologies); tutorials by Nikola Serbedzija, Giovanna Di Marzo Serugendo, José Mendes, Emma Hart, Ben Paechter, Ruth Falconer, Simon Dobson, Paddy Nixon, Ioannis Chatzigiannakis, Jeremy Pitt, Alexander Artikis, Ozalp Babaoglu and Marco Mamei.
