      TUTORIALS

      Tutorial proposals must clearly identify the intended audience. Please submit the proposals directly to the Co-Chair (yjhsu@csie.ntu.edu.tw) by December 20, 2003.

       

      PANELS
      The panels should address timely topics relevant to the themes of the conference. Please submit the proposals to the Panel Co-Chair (soo@cs.nthu.edu.tw) by December 20, 2003. 

       

      PAPER SUNMISSION
      All submissions will be handled electronically and must be in PDF or PostScript format. Please see the conference web page for instructions. Accepted papers are to be included in the conference proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society. Outstanding papers at EEE-04 will be expanded and revised for inclusion in Information Systems Frontiers (a SCI-indexed international journal published by Kluwer Academic Publishers) and in International Journal of Web Service Research (published by Idea Group Inc.).
