Dear all, (cc Olivier, Gauthier, Laurent)

Please find attached the first draft of the call for proposals for
EASSS10. This call is based on the call from the last year. What we
should focus on are:

- Dates: We are now 2 months before the deadline for proposals. Then, we
have about one month to decide tutorials and send out the notifications.
The tutors have about 1 month to prepare their materials and the local
organisers have 1.5 months to print the proceedings. Are these dates
acceptable?

- Local organization: Olivier, Gauthier and Laurent are local
organisers, and Olivier is the contact. Is this ok with you or should it
be modified?

- Topics: Should we add new topics and remove existing ones?

Anything else to be discussed?

Please respond before next week Friday 26 February 2010. The call should
be sent out soon.
