From July 2024, all newly produced cars must have a camera to read speed signs (Intelligent Speed Assist), but this technology has yet to be ready as we expect it to be. As shown in this Quattroruote test , only some signs can be read correctly. This is because street signs are a human concept for human comprehension; in our opinion, cars should use a digitalized version of them.
