We propose a novel self-organising knowledge-oriented model based on <em>biochemical tuple spaces</em>, called <em>Molecules of Knowledge</em> (MoK). We introduce MoK basic entities, define its computational model, and discuss its mapping on the TuCSoN coordination model for its implementation.
