This course is meant to introduce the most advanced research issues in the areas of Informatics and ICT technologies. In this context, students are called to experiment by developing an individual project of their choice.

• The SAPERE European project, Mirko Viroli (10/5/2011, h. 10-13, Room A4, via Rasi e Spinelli 176, Cesena) We present the SAPERE European project, which is the focus of some researchers in Cesena. This will give the chance to introduce:  what is an European project, why it is important for students, and how they can contribute; (ii) what is Pervasive Computing and Self-Organization -- two key topics in SAPERE; (iii) what are relevant research challenges we altogether need to eventually address.
