This work is made in the sphere of the course of Multi Agent Systems L-S 2009.
The main focus is on the motivations and theoretical bases of the research project developed at the Florida Institute of Technology during the summer 2009 in collaboration with Sascia Virruso and prof. Ronaldo Menesez.
